Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to plan a journey with us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use.

1. Our Standard

1.1We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

1.2This statement is based on our own review of the website. It has not yet been audited by an independent assessor.

2. What We Have Done

2.1Throughout the website:

3. Known Limitations

3.1Partner airline strip. The airline logos scroll slowly across the screen. The strip pauses when you point at it, and stays still if your device is set to reduce motion. Each logo has the airline’s name as a text description.

3.2Date picker. The calendar can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader. If you find it difficult, you may mark your dates as flexible and give them to your consultant instead.

3.3Content from other services. Photographs, fonts and airline logos supplied by other providers may not always meet the same standard.

We are working to remove these limitations, and we review this statement whenever the website changes.

4. Compatibility

4.1The website is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and with the screen readers built into iOS, macOS, Android and Windows, as well as NVDA and JAWS.

5. Other Ways to Reach Us

5.1If any part of the website is difficult to use, a consultant can take your request by phone or email instead. You will receive the same fares.

6. Feedback

6.1Please tell us about any accessibility problem you meet, including the page and what you were trying to do.

We will reply within 24 hours and let you know how we plan to resolve it.
