Agreement Between You and Business Class Travel

Welcome to business-class-travel.com (the “Website” or “Site”). This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, checking availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, and conducting transactions with travel suppliers.

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” or Business Class Travel refer to the travel agency specializing in business class air travel for corporate and high-end leisure customers. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking travel through our customer service agents.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or our services.

1. Use of Website and Services

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
  • You will use the Website only for legitimate reservations for yourself or individuals you are authorized to represent
  • You will inform all travelers for whom you book of these Terms and all applicable rules and restrictions

  • Neither you nor any traveler you book for is subject to sanctions imposed by the EU, UN, U.S., or other applicable authorities

We reserve the right to deny access to the Website or our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

2. General Rules and Booking Conditions

  • Our services are for personal use only
  • Name changes on airline tickets are not permitted; only the original passenger may use the ticket
  • Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and service fees may be nonrefundable
  • Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 72 hours before departure and are subject to a minimum processing fee of $300 per person, plus applicable airline or provider fees
  • Refunds are issued as credit toward a future long-haul international ticket of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the purchase date
  • No-show tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable
  • Tickets must be used in the order issued; out-of-sequence travel is not allowed
  • For international flights, passengers must check in at least three hours before departure

Airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s conditions of carriage and cancellation policies. Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights. Business Class Travel is not responsible for airline-initiated changes.

Airline tickets are exempt from the EU 14-day “cooling-off” right of withdrawal.

3. Intellectual Property

Access to this Website does not grant any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, or publish any content from this Website without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Free Fare Lock

Our Free Fare Lock allows you to hold a reservation and price for 24 hours. After this period, pricing and availability may change, and new fare rules may apply.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing services for travel-related goods and services are provided by Business Class Travel on behalf of airlines or suppliers, depending on the payment method and service type.

6. Important Notices

  • Review all booking details carefully
  • Provide a valid email address to receive confirmations and updates
  • Failure to cancel a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of remaining flights and loss of ticket value

7. Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price (including taxes and fees) for the same itinerary on a major online travel agency within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match the price or, if you prefer, cancel your booking for a full refund.

Conditions apply:

  • The itinerary must match exactly, including airline(s), flight number(s), dates, passengers, and seat class
  • The lower price must be publicly available and bookable
  • Exclusions include membership fares, corporate discounts, group or charter fares, rewards or incentive fares, consolidator fares, coupon-only offers, government or student rates, opaque fares, auction models, and pricing errors

8. Baggage Allowance

Baggage policies vary by airline. Additional fees may apply if baggage exceeds airline limits. Some airlines may not offer complimentary baggage. Passengers are responsible for reviewing airline baggage policies prior to departure.

9. Frequent Traveler Programs

Frequent flyer miles, points, upgrades, vouchers, or promotions may not apply to tickets booked through Business Class Travel. Mileage accrual may be limited; consult your agent for details.

10. Supplier Rules and Restrictions

Additional terms imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers apply. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with supplier rules, including payment deadlines, check-in requirements, and waivers.

Failure to comply with supplier terms may result in cancellation, denial of service, forfeiture of payments, or additional charges. Airlines or hotels may require deposits at check-in, separate from payments made to us.

11. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

International travel requires valid passports and, in some cases, visas or health documentation. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all entry, transit, and health requirements.

U.S. passport holders should consult travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should consult the appropriate embassies.

We do not guarantee the safety or suitability of any destination and disclaim liability for travel-related risks.

12. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Most discounted fares are non-reroutable and non-transferable
  • Administrative fees apply in addition to airline penalties where applicable
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before departure
  • Refunds are not automatic and must be requested
  • Discounted fares may be entirely nonrefundable or nonexchangeable

13. Limitation of Liability

Business Class Travel is not responsible for:

  • Airline or supplier schedule changes or cancellations
  • Supplier delays in refund or compensation processing
  • Lost or mishandled baggage beyond ticket protection limits

By booking with Business Class Travel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable supplier terms.
